Boat owners beware.

Cape May - Boat owners beware. We had our boat in our slip for less than a month when the boat got stuck in the mud and sunk! We called for three weeks to try and get someone on the phone for even a partial refund, as our check cleared a week after our boat sunk. Finally got someone on the phone who rudely told us to read the contract; no refunds. The contract does not state no refunds, no exceptions. The towing company told us that business never dredges and they are constantly pulling boats out of there.
