Cape May - The bikes and the skate boards are concerning, not in and of themselves, but the people riding them the wrong way down the street, or in the middle of the street, etc .Yesterday, I saw a young woman riding a motorized razor type scooter in the middle of Lafayette St, against the traffic on Washington St. and in the Middle of Madison, right down the yellow line. Oh and no helmet. Progress for progress' sake I guess.
