The bike racks in Cape May are useless.

Cape May - The bike racks in Cape May are useless. The space between each vertical bar is about five times too wide to hold any bike. They look like they were made for anything else but a bike rack. The racks along the beach are what should be in and around town. Never seen such a waste of taxpayer money. Get rid of them ASAP!
