Cape May - Beware people selling their house. In our neighborhood we saw four homes where sellers were told by realtor a listing price that was unrealistic. One listed four hundred twenty thousand sold for three hundred seven thousand. Another listed four hundred fifty thousand sold three hundred ninety thousand. One listed now was just reduced by fifty thousand. Be reasonable in your expectations and be proactive in understanding the market forces.
