Cape May - Art Hall raises the question if 18-year-olds should have the right to vote in his column. Why? According to the U.S. Census Bureau, young voters, age 18 to 24, were the only group to show a statistically significant increase in turnout in 2008 and they voted for Obama and Democrats. So, Hall and other right-wingers want to deny them the right to vote because their party offers young people nothing, yet they want them to fight and die for their hawkish wars.
