Cape May - Are agendas for all municipal and county government meetings held, including reorganization meetings, are required to be posted publicly prior to meetings?

Moderator's Note:
For public bodies and public meetings cited therein, New Jersey's "Sunshine Law" requires written advance notice of meetings which give "as complete an agenda as known at time of notice." Such notices must be prominently posted in a public place, usually in the municipal building, and delivered to - but not necessarily published by - at least two previously designated newspapers. Notices delivered to the Herald are published on the Herald website under Public Records / Government Agendas.
