Cape May - The arches are not to cost the City. WRONG. We have installed the underground electric cables, removed the utility poles, installed the foundations, painted the columns, and the City is obligated for perpetual maintenance, payment of electric, replacement of light bulbs, seasonal decorations, installation of the new street lighting that is required, and repairs/replacement. NO MORE.
