Cape May - The approval of any large new hotel will generate so many city wide problems it is hard to list. 160 rooms + restaurants + convention/wedding /ballroom etc with a need for over 100,000 gallons of water a day, a difficult water pressure demand, and what about the storm drainage and the outflow pressure, fire equipment that can reach over 100 feet high, hiring and housing for 300 employees, multiple restaurants and how many seats, and parking that exceeds the proposed plan. Where are the benefits to Cape May. THEY DO NOT EXIST. SINK THIS IDEA.
