Cape May - Again, information the city has not released due to the ongoing litigation has been released at a convenience store. The scheduled hearing relating to the police chief litigation was scheduled for July 12 and was abruptly canceled and has been rescheduled. After hearing this discussed at a convenience store with a council member and followers last week, I waited to see if the city would make an announcement but nothing has been in the press. Certain things such as closed session and litigation should not be discussed publicly.
