Cape May - After seeing the lack of maintenance on the benches of Cape May’s Promenade I also noticed the lack of maintenance on the Public Address System, metal handrails on the steps and the wooden fencing at Harbor Park . Stay away from rails as I ended up at emergency care to have a large splinter splinter removed. Please inform the City what maintenance means.
