Cape May - After almost nine years, it's my understanding the Republican Congress and the president came up with a health bill that insures 500,000 less than the ACA (Affordable Care Act) and costs more for everyone, while giving tax breaks to the very rich, and costs more for senior citizens. Now that's a Republican Congress doing what it does best; nothing for the average American.
