Cape May - An 18-wheeler delivery truck kept his engine and compressor running for over one hour, beginning at 6:30 a.m., on Jackson St. Memorial Day weekend. The truck ruined our morning sleep with the windows closed. Next day, another delivery truck with 16-wheels, this time at 7:15 a.m. I was under the impression no deliveries in the historic area until 8 a.m. Am I wrong? The city should consider banning massive delivery trucks in the city during the summer season. It's dangerous and increases congestion.
