You're in trouble if you walk or ride on the Cape May Promenade. Restrooms are closed at all locations, except for Convention Hall, and in keeping with the charm of Victorian Cape May, cheap, red "closed" signs are affixed to the buildings with black duct tape. Please Cape May officials, extend a warm welcome and open another restroom.
