Why is it that people are allowed to go down to the Cove Beach early morning and empty out a trailer filled with tents and chairs and set them up at near the lifeguard stand? Why is the City allowing this? Last year people actually had a grill. Yet in the am going to the Cove for a walk, alcohol was in the trash. And don't give me "Party Pooper" nonsense. Take your trash with you. If you think you need alcohol on the beach, maybe think about yourself.
