Why is the bicycle ban on the promenade after 10 a.m. not enforced? Is it because people cannot hear the speaker system which is inadequate at best? We witnessed a bike crash between a young girl and an adult male Memorial Day weekend well after the 10 a.m. ban. Why is the sand not cleaned up on the promenade weekly? There is poison ivy growing near the Pittsburgh Avenue beach entrance. Why can't it be removed? Cape May is a great place, but maintenance on the promenade is sorely lacking.
