Who is in charge of managing promenade utilities in Cape May? For more than two months, the repair of exposed 115-volt electrical wires from a failed plastic conduit which runs along the edge of the promenade near the Cove has been neglected. Municipal trash men see it every day, I'm sure, yet apparently none have relayed their observations through the proper channels.
