Where are the Cape May Police? Dogs all over the Mall! Bikes on the Promenade! People drinking in public! Police need to step up and handle this please! Someone is going to get hit by a bike or hurt from a dog! Please take care of this issue or us in the public will keep getting louder! Saw a Police car drive right past bikes on the Promenade the other day! It’s an issue that’s being ignored from the top down!
