What is going on at the state park in Cape May point area? People clearly see signs to say no dogs yet. Last week. I counted six dogs. Three of them. Running without the leash. It says no swimming yet. People were swimming out deep. This is getting as bad as a North Cape May Beaches it’s a free-for-all
