What does Dept. of Children and Families (DCF) have over these judges and prosecutors for them to sway in DCF'S favor when it comes to children? DCF workers have a BS degree, not a degree such as a judge or prosecutor, but yet DCF calls the shots for these children who have been harmed. DCF has no empathy for these children, but if it happened to their children it would be a different story. The offender would be found guilty and would serve a full sentence in prison.
