What is with all the street/road closures for this construction. What happened to having a flag person giving direction. I am sure its cheaper than having a cop on location. West Cape May digs a hole on the shoulder and the street is closed all day. Makes no sense. And all the high volume traffic is pushed onto residential streets that cannot handle the load
