Cape May / West Chester, Pa. - With the city survey results posted by Baldwin, it appears that CM residents want the present library building to be a community center. We already have convention hall which is not used to capacity on a daily basis, and there will be a community area in the new Franklin Street School building when completed. What is Cape May's biggest challenge? PARKING is the biggest challenge. Why not make the property into a parking lot? It's close to the mall and convenient to the beaches. Sounds like a no-brainer to me.
