For the weekend of Jan. 24, in its daily tracking poll, Gallup is reporting Pres. Obama's favorability rating now at 50 percent, a number not seen since 2013. Of course, this augurs well for his party and the presumed presidential candidate in 2016. Republicans will now obviously have to come up with a positive agenda that appeals across the spectrum.
