We were walking with our daughter and her family at the Point March 26. Her Bichon was on a leash when we encountered a young girl with two dogs, the larger one a Boxer. We could see half a block away that she could not control the Boxer. It was pulling her right toward us. The Boxer ran so fast that my husband didn't have time to pick up our dog. The Boxer was in attack mode. My husband and son-in-law kicked the dog to keep it from biting our dog. Apparently our harsh words had no effect on the owners because we saw them later on the beach with the Boxer running leash free.
