We know that New Jersey is a progressive state. So to show progress the state has lower the requirement to graduate from high school. That way more young people will need to rely on the state because they will not be able to compete in the world. Maybe what the state should do is remove the state education department and let the school teach the 4 main subjects and forget their social agenda.
