We have more than enough post pandemic issues to address, so let’s have a totally unnecessary debt crisis. I wish the republicans were as concerned when they cut taxes without cutting spending. They didn’t seem to have heartburn about the debt at that time. Don't be surprised the next election when the next red wave does not materialize.
