The Washington Street Mall has signs that clearly state No Smoking, No Dogs, No Skateboarding. Clearly 2 of the 3 are totally ignored by the Special People. Recently I noticed an individual leaning on one said sign smoking a cigarette with a large dog. Somedays there are multiple dogs and smokers. This is obviously another look the other way, don’t say anything deal. What’s next electric bike path in the mall???
