To the Villas spouter saying "those with the most should pay the most:" LT has the most students, while CMC has only a small fraction, but we pay the most because of the property assessments. Unfortunately, those with the most and who live in the multi-million dollar properties do not live down here full-time, while the rest of the residents of CM are either retired or work to pay their bills, just like everyone else. We should be paying per student, just like CMP does. If the situation were reversed, I am sure you would be spouting a different tune.
