Is there anyone at Cape May City Hall who is monitoring the house being built on First Ave. on the second block from Beach Ave.? The foundation height is 12 feet already. What happened to the building height limit of 35 feet? The other houses on this block are all one story houses, and are going to be dwarfed by this house expected to be over 45 feet in height. Does anyone care that the Cape May streetscape is being changed significantly?
