Texting is not limited to careless drivers on our roads. Recently, while enjoying my boat in Cape May Harbor, I kept an eye on another boater texting while underway. As I approached his starboard side (my right of way) he had no clue that I was near him. Slowing down, I reached for my air horn and gave him a loud blast. Startled, he dropped his phone and slowed to let me proceed. On and off the water, some people will never get it.
