To the spouter who says he can’t get any help because 3/4 of the applicants fail the-background check. Maybe you put a time limit on how long they haven’t been in trouble ie if a person hasn't been in trouble for over a year , maybe they are trying to turn their life around . If they are never given a chance to show they can , a lot of them won’t . As an employer who gave someone a job after they messed up many times I never regretted hiring that person , worked circles around everyone else and was always honest . Best of luck to you
