Somebody really needs to crack down on the fraudulent use of handicap parking placards. At the Cove Beach in Cape May June 1, I saw someone with a surf board on the roof of their car and a handicap placard hanging on their rear-view mirror, parked in a handicapped parking space. They then proceeded to put on a wet suit, grab their long-board and head for the surf. Misuse of handicap parking is rampant in this country. I'm shocked at the lack of enforcement.
