Somebody made a comment about "Ghost guns"and were alarmed or worried about how many may be in Cape May County. Maybe I can shed some light on this; People will only turn to "illegal" means when their freedoms are removed! If most gun purchases and the process were made less stringent, taxing and difficult, people wouldn't be going this route. Look at prohibition, that should answer your question!
