Some folks may be too young to remember former Police Commissioner and Mayor of Philadelphia, Frank Rizzo. Well, I do. That was a time when good people could walk the streets of Philadelphia and feel very safe. He was a no nonsense lawman. These street punks today would be behind bars or worse if they crossed his path of law and order. Time to say bye to the "milk and toast" mayors and DA's. Yes, we need men like Frank Rizzo in every city where crime is out of control. The time to take back our cities is now.
