So CM city council is changing the "nuisance lighting" ordinance to "light trespass". And now council is telling us how we can and can't have outdoor lighting? How in the world do you stop "light trespass" other than not having lighting at all? So is my automatic spotlight that goes on at night if anyone or an animal comes close to the house going to be illegal? "Light Trespass" LOL ..... maybe this is an April Fool's Joke in September and October.
