Seventy percent (70%) of voters believe that almost anyone who is willing to work can find a job. A Scott Rasmussen national survey found that 19% disagree and 11% are not sure. I'm genuinely curious and not looking for the typical Spout Off partisan tennis match, but what could some of the reasons be why !9% of those polled would disagree with the statement?
