The residents need to wake-up and tell the City Boards NO MORE VARIANCES for parking. Meet the parking requirements or forget the commercial development. Why should the burden be on the residents. If the retail merchants think it is OK to just increase parking meter fees, you will not be around long before the visitors say no to parking fees and go elsewhere.
