Residents and taxpayers have come to depend on former council member Stacy Sheehan for her keen interest and commitment to improve the City. Where are transparent discussions, differing ideas, suggestions and financial oversight?. Hopefully the new City Manager will assume the management this City requires under the Faulkner Act.
