Regarding the developer of Missouri & Pittsburgh Avenues, The only blame on the COAH debacle is on the City of Cape May. They didn't enforce a State wide mandate on affordable housing, and now are allowing this out of town builder to "exchange" a property that fits the need ? This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard, ordinances and laws that are on the books, but the City Construction Officials and Planning Board let this slide ? Maybe it's time for the Planning Board Committee to diversify .
