Regarding Cox Hill WMA and the many comments on its use, dogs, and their owners. I walk, bike and explore this great beautiful Wildlife Mgt Area often. Increasingly my peaceful time there is often suddenly ruined by unexpected unleashed dogs, what they leave behind and their rude uncaring owners. Please realize this is how people get hurt, are sued and lose your favorite family pet. PLEASE LEASH YOUR DOGS!! Talking with the state last year, I was informed it is a WMA and they do not provide amenities such as benches, tables, picnic areas or a high degree of vegetation and pond maintenance, etc.
