Reading the Spout offs supporting the Mayor elect of Cape May shows the lack of knowledge of his supporters of how government functions by law. Amazingly the City Manager has made good decisions during this Pandemic that have helped businesses, visitors, and the citizens. Every City department has functioned flawlessly during these trying times. Take note , several departments had leadership changes and council including the mayor elect never a peep. Mullock’s behavior at the last meeting indicates he made commitments that he could not keep.
