re: the two Parkway toll booths that are only for travel between Cape May and Rio Grande...my dad, who remembers the Parkway being built, says that the Parkway was originally to end at Rio Grande. Cape May wanted it to come all the way down. A deal was made to install the toll booths and they were to be removed once that 4 miles of construction was paid for. If this is true, they should not exist any more.
