Re: The Stone Harbor comment to upgrade the entire fleet of borough vehicles to hybrids. What a complete waste of money, when the current fossil fuel fleet is running just fine. Enough of this "Green" mentality already. For starters, Ford is way behind production of their new "Green" F-150's and Mavericks and recently GM announced that orders for "Green" vehicles are well behind as well. No doubt in my mind that replacement parts will be an issue with these vehicles too. Stop drinking the "Green Kool-Aid".
