The comparison should be democrat presidents Carter and Biden. President Carter was a good man his entire life. He wasn't the strongest president, but he made up for it by being a good honest one. I did not vote for him, but I respected him and his values. Then there is Joe Biden. A career politician that brought nothing to the table and will leave office in complete shame. Many will miss President Carter. As for Biden, not one bit.
