RE: Spouter commenting on the bike lane situation from WCM to CM, they have an extremely valid point. I ride my human powered bike daily and the bike lane disappears as you leave WCM and enter CM on Elmira Street, ultimately pinching the road for car and bike to share a narrow section. They also have a point that all property owners have off street parking, so these spaces could be eliminated and make biking and walking drastically safer. Remember that there is also no side walk on the west side of Elmira in this same area, where AC Electric just completed their substation. Make CM safe again!
