Local realtors do well leasing them too. Not all property owners are slum lords. We screen our tenants and if something doesn't look right, we won't rent our properties to them. With us, it is not all about the buck. My neighbors have my contact info and if someone is noisy, etc. I'm there to resolve the issue. Find out who the owners are, talk to them and try to work it out. Rentals are here to stay.
