RE: The Rio Grande comment on certain stores in Rio Grande are "open doors" to drug dealers and prostitution and that the Township needs to crack down on the landlords of these businesses. No question about it, for quite some time parts of Rio Grande has had the look of a third world country and the Township just looks the other way. These folks have to live somewhere, so it might as well be Rio Grande. Best to just move on and look the other way too.
