Last summer on Cape May's Cove Beach, we watched two men erect a massive tent with all their chairs. It was early morning, and they were claiming their spot well before the usual crowds came down. Me and several of my friends were surfing. It was also low tide. They had set up their tent, etc. at the low tide mark. Yes, as the tide came in, their tent and chairs washed out. Were we being mean not letting them know? No way! They got their "selfish, all about me mentality" reward.
