The convention center has major design issues that should have been noted and corrected during the design and engineering review of the plans. Now another administration has constructed what seems to be another flawed building also with design and engineering issues. Now with that said it seems to me that there is some flaw in the process that the City Of CM uses in vetting construction plans.
