Re: The Cape May "rant" toward bicyclist and skateboarders to follow the rules of the road. Why should they? Cars, trucks, SUV's and golf carts don't follow the rules either. I get it, two wrongs do not make a right but driving today is like being in a demolition derby. Police don't stop anyone for running red lights, etc. so drivers do what they want without penalty. From a driver that obeys the law, my comment to police, "Stop and ticket these lawbreakers".
