Well, obviously "YOU" aren't a local and possibly a transplant and not aware of your surroundings. I grew up here and know the drill! Oil tankers make their way up and down the Delaware Bay daily, and back in the 60's, oil spills were not uncommon. We learned how to deal with it and tankers today are equipped with double hulls to eliminate the spills. If we have oil platforms, we will learn to deal with them too. We need oil to live. So be it!
